Return / Exchange Policy

We aim for 100% Customer Satisfaction. All Olson products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of your Packing Slip or an email copy of your order for proof of payment. The warranty does not include damage due to product misuse, abuse, or regular wear and tear.  Please contact us, preferably by email at returns@httpwebsales.com or toll-free at 1-888-525-6363 for warranty related issues.

Incorrect Item Delivered / Missing Item

In the rare event you receive a wrong item, or the incorrect size or color, or an item is missing; please contact us preferably by email to  returns@httpwebsales.com or call us toll-free at 1-888-525-6363 and we will arrange to deliver the correct item completely at our expense.

What can be Returned / Exchanged

If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly or that you are not satisfied with, we will gladly return or exchange it. Please contact us, preferably by email at returns@httpwebsales.com or toll-free at 1-888-525-6363 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please note the following limitations:

  1. Item must be returned within 30 days of original date of purchase.

  2. Item must be in new, unused condition in original packaging.

  3. We do not accept returns on items that have been laundered, altered or damaged after delivery.

  4. A copy of the order or packing slip must be included.

  5. a)  for Canada:  Items must be sent back by either courier or Canada Post, and with parcel insurance.                                   b)  for the USA: All orders must be returned by United States Postal Service with parcel insurance. If outside of Canada, please DO NOT send by FedEX or UPS.

  6. Mark the outside of the parcel "Goods being returned to the Manufacturer for Replacement/Repair/Refund."

 * It is very important that the parcel is fully insured against lost or  damage, as we are not liable for uninsured returned goods.

How to Return / Exchange an Item

  1. Adhere to the limitations listed above.

  2. Email returns@httpwebsales.com or phone for an RMA number.

  3. Place the items you wish to return in a structurally sound corrugated box and use packing materials to prevent shifting of the package contents.                                                                           Hint:  Most shippers charge by package size as well as weight, so you may wish to find the smallest box that will fit your returned items, taking into account any additional packing materials to protect the item.

  4. Include a copy of the Packing List or your email order copy.

  5. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction or your exchange instructions, including sizes and item descriptions.

  6. If you are returning the package from the USA, the customs document must clearly state the following line:                         *Goods being returned to the Manufacturer for replacement/repair/credit.                                                       Failure to display this line on the customs document, will make the customer responsible for any potential duty or brokerage charges.

  7. We do not accept any returns via COD.

  8. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  9. Please email us at returns@httpwebsales.com and advise us of the date the parcel was sent and any tracking number you received.
