We have no minimum dollar requirement
for orders, however to cover the cost of shipping
materials and handling, a $4.75 surcharge is placed on
orders when the merchandise total is less than $25.00
dollar.
Returns
Our Supplier, Olson Curling aims for 100% Customer Satisfaction. All of Olson products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of your Packing Slip
or email order copy for proof of payment. The warranty does not include damage due to product misuse, abuse, or regular wear and tear.
If you purchase an item that does not fit correctly or that you are not satisfied with, we will gladly
accept the return or exchange it. Please contact us at sales@hugecurlingsavings.com or toll-free at 1-888-525-6363 for a
Return Authorization Number.
Item must be returned within 30 days of original date of
purchase. No questions asked, provided the items were not damaged after delivery. There is no restocking charge at this time. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise.
Please e-mail or call for a return authorization number, and warehouse
address to ship to, before returning goods. Items returned without a Return Authorization number maybe subject to
sur-charges or could be redirected back to the customer. Please note:

Refused
Shipments
We ask that you follow our return policy
for faster processing as refused shipments may take up to
3 weeks to be returned to our warehouse causing a delay in
processing your credit and to avoid administrative fees.
We incur shipping charges on all shipments to our
customers. If there is an error on our part or by
the shipping company due to a refused shipment, these
shipping fees will be refunded or credited along with the
cost of the item(s) purchased.
If through no fault of HTTP Web Sales or the courier
company, the shipment is refused, all shipping charges
(both directions) will be deducted from your refund, upon
return receipt of the merchandise. In addition, a
15% administrative fee will be charged, to cover
restocking, courier recovery fees and other administrative
charges.
Accepting the shipment, and emailing or
calling for a return authorization number is standard
business practice, and is designed to reduce the cost and
to speed up the processing of refunds for the customer.

Sponsorship Program for Curling Clubs / Teams
We at Huge Curling Savings, receive a
large number of requests every year for donations.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate every curling club or
team; and similar to the game of curling, we wish to be
fair and considerate to all teams. Therefore we have
adopted an in-house policy to sponsor/donate to six
teams/organizations per year.
On February 1st and November 10th of each year, we will be
selecting at random three organizations/teams, for which
we will be donating curling equipment.
If you are requiring donations for your tournaments,
please supply a request on your clubs letterhead signed by
the club/rink manager, and we will enter your clubs name
into the selection pool. Please make sure to include
the phone number and the physical shipping address of the
curling club (and email address if available) and mail to:

If you are not selected in November, your clubs name will
be added to the February selection pool. If your
club is not selected in February, you will need to reapply
again at the start of the fall curling season.

receiving at random one of the sponsorship packages listed

Taxes
British
Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland,
Nova Scotia and Ontario
We are required to collect the HST by law on orders in
British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia
and Ontario.
The HST rates for these provinces are as follows:
Remainder of Canada
We are required to collect the 5%
GST by law on orders in the remainder of Canada.
Submission of provincial taxes for your province or
territory if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
USA and
International
US Shipments are shipped directly by the manufacturer
from Edmonton, Alberta and therefore duties, handling fees
or state taxes, may be charged by your government customs
service.
Under Section 321 of the US
Customs Acts, parcels with a value of less than $200 in
American Funds are not charged duties or taxes.
Outside of Canada, taxes & duties are the
responsibility of the customer.
